My cousin has an 80s supra with a 7mgte engine in it. He is going to replace the stock throttle body with a bigger one from a mustang and asked me if i wanted the TB. I searched around and i know some people use the MAF from a Supra but would the TB be of any benefit to me? do you think it would bolt in or require some modification? basically this is not something i was actively looking for nor do i want to spend a lot of money on it, but if the part is free and it would give me more airflow (read: better throttle response) without much modification, i'll do it for sure. what do yall think?
