Sun Hyper Voltage System

Can anyone else figure out what this actually does? Is it just a capacitor? That's kinda what it sound like. It "stabilizes" the vehicle's voltage. Sound like a capacitor or something similar.
EDIT: Hmm...I little more searching reveals that it IS a capacitor. I wonder how well this would work on our trucks.
I could still think of other ways to spend $115.

I spent my lunch reading reviews and flirting with a couple co-workers.
From what I remember reading, it looks like this might actually work. Especially when used in conjunction with their Hyper Ground system. I'm thinking additional gain could be felt with Ignition Solutions Plasma booster. But, when all is said and done, my wallet would be $450 lighter.

Haveblue - Don't waste your money on that crap.
If your grounds are bad, clean and replace the wires, don't bother with HYPE R grounds....Remember HYPE is the first part of Hyper.
And do you really want to trick your ECU to dump more fuel?
