loud is fairly arbitrary, so i need to know what kind of bass you are looking for. do u want the next state to hear you pounding down the highway or do you want to fill your cabin with some clean and clear bass? are you stuck on getting Kenwood products? whats your budget?

that is almost the exact same amp that i have.. except mine is the kenwood KAC-729S it is 2 channel, bridged: 300 watt RMS 600 watt max. im going to bridge it as i am only running one 10" 500w sub. if your running two subs with that, you may not be too happy. it will run 1 sub at 600 watts, or 2 subs at (it says 200 watts, but it seems to me like its 300)if those are only 2-300 watt subs, you'll be okay. but chances are, they are 500+
but anyways, you might want to go with a more powerful amp - depending on the max power load they can handle. or smaller subs. you could get 2 of those amps, and run one to each sub. another point - my amp can handle up to 8 ohms, that only goes up to 4. here... let me link you to a couple of sites that may be helpful...
here's a thread on amp stuff
here's a website from that thread
that thread isnt exactly what your talking about, but may help somewhat. if you have a 4runner and dont have to worry about space... get a couple nice 12" subs and a 2 channel amp with enough power to handle both of them... if you REALLY want to be heard 12 blocks away. good luck with that, and hope you like your new system.

You will want to use hot glue to seal off the box completely. Than use monster wire inside the box solder the wires both ends. And then use a peel a seal around the edges of your speakers and pre tap heavy screws to seal it.... After installing them your back window becomes the porthole and drop it about 3 inches for the most pounding effect. I run two mtx silver twelves with a 400 jbl power amp and it hits pretty hard....

HOW TO GET REAL BASS
glad to see you chose at least semi-pro equipment.
heres how to get the most bass
if you have a choice between 2 4ohm subs and 2 8ohm, get 2 8ohm subs and bridge mono the 728 to a 4 ohm load by running the subs in parallel. You probably dont know how to build boxes, so get a: bandpass for ghetto ass loud bass or a sealed 1.25cu/ft enclosure for tighter clean,(but less ghetto) bass.
hope this helps
