Stuck idler/tension pulley

1998 4runner v6

Any tips on loosing the AC tensioner pulley?
​​​​​​I've lossen the bolt I circled in green and the bolt I circled in orange just unscrew out without moving the pulley.

Have you tried PB-Blaster and a BFH?

Have you tried removing the Bolt that is part of the Nut circled in green?

I've tried and no, the bolt does not move. It's stuck in place.

That doesn't make sense.
If the nut is loose or off there should be nothing holding the bolt.
Have you tried to take the nut off and remove the pulley?

the nut does come off but the pulley won't.

Don’t you have to loosen #81085 as well to pivot the bracket and free the pulley?

Not that I know of. I took that out when I had to remove the ad bracket.
