I noticed that the painted area when you step in was taking some hits so i picked up the stepshields by AVS. The fit is good but the dull black wasnt so nice. I painted them to match the vehicle and then put on a toyota logo with some black metallic paint and then clear coated. Instead of using the 3M tape that came on them i used velcro on the left, centre and right so I can take them off to clean underneath or repaint with ease.

 

Prety nice look. My sill is getting pretty worn and i've pondered this. if you don't mind, price and source?

 

The price for the set of 4 was about $40CDN, they are made by auto ventshade. the part number was 91142 i believe, which fits 96-2000
