If you don't hear from mike right away, don't worry. I believe he is on a trip but should be back sometime soon. So just give it some time and he will get to you when he returns. The prices of the TJMs are in this thread, look for them . He does sell ARB products but they are not included in the group buy. I will leave the rest up to him as I do not want to give out any false information.

I didn't know we were already placing orders for them. I guess I've got to send the money.

Does anyone know the weight of the T-15? I really like this bumper and am considering picking one up, but the weight and wear and tear on the front end is kinda what bothers me about it. I don't plan to put a winch on immediately, but how much more would this add? Also, have any of you guys been able to sell your bumpers on ebay or something after buying this? With the limited, I won't be able to use my fog lamps, so i figure they and the stock bumper ought to bring at least 500 bucks.

I just put on a T17, and I think the shipping weight was listed as 70 pounds. I suspect that the T15 is probably 85?

Ummm... I think $500 is WAY more than what you should expect for it.

Sell the fogs separately to get the most money out of the set, so figure $80 for the fogs if an auction goes well (for you as the seller!); and MAYBE $100 for the bumper - make sure you list the auction as the buyer paying shipping and packing!

Unless you can find a local buyer that's you can catch off-guard in terms of pricing on the bumper, I just don't think you're going to get as much as you're hoping for.

I'd be THRILLED to get $100 for the one I just took off of my 96. I've had mine listed here for a couple of weeks now at $30 and haven't even gotten a nibble.

Good luck!

Crap, i'll keep the old one if I can only get <100 bucks. It'd be worth it if i messed up my TJM to have a "spare." I figure to get one of these from a dealer would be a grand, but maybe i'm way off. Thanks for helping me out with the weight, do you have any idea what the stock one weighs?

it might be a better gauge to call a couple of junkyards to see what they'd want for a '99 bumper. Keeping in mind that dealer pricing can be fairly inflated, then adding in the "used" factor will through off estimates.

Even a lot of junkyard pricing is beyond a piece's true value, but people pay the price depending on how bad they need it.

A _WHOLE_ lot less. I'd guess 1/2 of the TJM weight. I was pretty amazed at the difference.

Thanks Mike.
BTW the Stauns have been a great addition. I now walk around the truck, deflating the tires in about a minute. It used to be a tortuous process of kneeling by each tire for a few minutes with a deflation gauge to get it right.

I am LOVING THEM!!!

I sold my stock bumper on Ebay for $285. The way I placed the add was for a "custom front bumper" and then in the description I wrote in that this was a cheap way for 96-98 4runners to upgrade to the 99+ look.

I had a grille gaurd and I only got $80 for that.

don;t be afraid to ship it, airborne express will ship it pretty damn cheap.

hope this helps.

Question Pictures T13 and T15 - 4Runner 96

Hello,

I have a 96 4Runner.
I am trying to find out the difference between the T13 and T15.

Also get some pictures.

I just followed the link to the TJM site. No pictures for the 96 4Runner version.

I saw this question posted here before. No answer.

Can you help me and some others that will read this in the future.

Thanks,
-JACK

Just found some info here
