Oh, and please add me, Blair(Peterborough Area). The guy who started this thread back when I was a year younger! Got some nice trails up here, too.
I'm geting the impression we're mostly hackers with mostly stock rigs who wanna just get muddy, no?

I think Hamilton is a great location for a meet! Would everybody agree? If not, any suggestions? When will this meet occur, I am free on weekends pretty much.

i'm stock as well except for my supercharger, and i'm looking into the urd kit. i dont know if i have the rear locker. did it come with all 2000 4runners? or was it an option? but my suspension is stock so no extra clearance, and no crazy rock climbing. i'll work my way up to that!

hey guys!

im open for travel, im plain stock myself. ive been stuck more than once and ive helped others that have been stuck. all for one and one for all, no one gets left behind. spend a few bucks and get at least a 3" tow strap minimum 20' length, some red pin shackles, an old blanket, 6-12" dowel, hd gloves, small tool kit (sears and ct always have sales!), first aid kit, cb and/or frs. those are the basics youll need for the first few runs until you get better idea of what you like to do. there usually is someone with a winch but they arent used all that often, on all the runs ive been on, ive seen one used twice. the 14th is open for anyone who can make it, ill keep you folks posted on future runs. keep the shiny side up!

Any pics of your 4Runner? I thought I was the only custom 4Runner 'round here. Here's the latest one of mine:

I bought my clear lenses from Focus on Rymal, really good guys. If you go there, tell them Freddy sent ya. Looks like you bought your rig from Parkway Toyota on Centennial, correct?

I'm not too sure but I think its because the link you're providing is an attachment to a thread, not the link to the actual photo. You know what I mean?

The lights fit perfect, they match the headlights perfectly. There are some certain aftermarket clear lenses that are much whiter than the headlights and looks horrible, so watch out for those. Don't worry about that though at Focus, they sell top notch items. I haven't experienced any leaks or any problems with them at al. Just make sure to tell them Freddy sent you.

Closest intersection is Upper Ottawa and Rymal. Oh just to let you know, I bought my grill guard from there also, came in the next day. Real fast service!

That sounds like me......hahahah. I have a fair amount of experience 'wheeling (grew up on a farm, with many many field cars), but none in my 4runner. Plus....I am a highschool kid, I can't afford to break much. Haha.
This sounds like the start of something good though.
p.s. Vato Loco, do you have any more info on the location of that shop you were talking about? do you happen to know if they carry stuff for 2gens?

Thanks for the number, I'm going to give them a call a bit later today.

Does anyone know of any good trails? I don't personally, but my uncle is the VP of the toronto land rover club, he would probaly have some ideas. I'll ask him and see what he says.
