Question Some questions about my new truck

Picked up my 02 Runner SE on Sat and realized yesterday that a bunch of things were missing (I know I know.. I'm a dumbazz.. should've checked more carefully when I was picking it up).
Here's the list of stuff that I know to be missing so far.

1. Manual
2. Wheel lock socket
3. Two Hubcaps (not sure what these are called.. the things in the middle of the wheel with Toyota logo on them?)
4. Lighter
5. Cargo mat (supposed to come with convenience package, right?)

Since I have no manual, I've no idea what the recommendations are for break-in period. Would someone be kind enough to post it here?
About the hubcaps.. I'm missing one front one and one rear one. The front one has a black plastic looking cap in the middle while the rear one has exposed metal in the middle. Is there supposed to be a cover over the exposed metal on all 4 wheels, and hubcaps on top of that or is the front different from the rear?
Thanks.

When I read the manual it said to drive it carefully for the first 1,000 miles. They suggested that you not drive over 55 mph and that you keep the RPMs down pretty low. Also don't drive at a constant speed for very long. For me, It was very hard to stay at 55 or below, so that was really the only term that I really didn't follow. I-95 is 65 mph so I really could not cruise at 55 for most of the time.

I did follow all of the other conditions and have 1,500 miles now. I still try to take it easy. There really is no need to floor it and drive all crazy. Taking it easy will just keep the truck stronger for when I need the power. Ragging it out won't help anything.

As far as the center caps for your wheels, you should have them for every wheel. No metal should be showing.

I don't think you are supposed to use the cruise control either? I will check when I go downstairs.

Right, no cruise control. That would give you that constant speed and RPM problem.
