Skid Plate question

My front skid plate is screwed up. The bolts I guess were never taken out or something at all. So one was broke off on the frame where the skid plate bolts on. I tried drilling it out, ha that didn't work how much do you think toyota would charge me to reweld a new nut on the back of it and fixing it so its right again. Anyone have any ideas?

Well, if you are real lucky, they might do it for free.
I love my dealer, despite hearing the horror stories some have at their dealers.

last year I go into my dealers Quick Lube to get the oil changed and lubed.
I knew a few bolts were stripped on my skid plate as I had had it off a few times.

They were taking longer than normal to change my oil one time and I thought to myself the next oil change will be free as they have a 29 minutes policy.
Anything over, it's free next time you come in.

It turned out they took so long as they drilled and retapped all 4 holes for the skid plate and put in brand new bolts for me free of charge.

Take it to the dealer for an oil change and see what happens.
