I really like the top part..but the bottom looks like something from an art student..it hurts my eyes.. too much clutter..but again I really like the top part and the font and color

I'm not trying to bust your chops

 

It seems a bit busy to me too......however it is original.
I do like the fonts and the orange on blue color tho!
