I have the Delphi receiver for XM radio which is about the same shape/size of the Shuttle. I don't have a dedicated picture of where it ended up, but you can see it in this shot:

Basically, it's sitting just in front of the transfer case lever.

I have the XM Delphi radio, but that Audiovox radio is basically the same size and shape as mine, so I assume it mounts the same.
I bought an ultimount and mounted it flat on the bottom of the hump under the ashtray.

Do you have the Terk 3 antenna?

I put them on either side of cable and secured them with a dab of silicone glue.
Now I have no worries, and I prefer this mounting location.

i'm planning on finding and fabbing a goosneck type mount. so i can move it out of the way when not needed.
btw, i just found www.siriusbackstage.com for my sirius forum needs.
for my xm tuner, that is much simpler since it uses the sony unilink bus and i just mount the sucker back in the amp rack out of the way...

Based on SLC Punks warning, I went to autozone and found some little rubber feet, bump stops that were just a tad thicker than the cable to my XM.

Oh well it works and I don't want to mess with it anymore.
