Ive got a 85 runner and was wanting to put some silver star or similar head lights in it , but I cant seem to find any thing for my 1985 vehical So I was wondering if by chance any of you guys know where I might find some . thanx

 

What I did on my 89 was to get some Bosche H4 headlight housings (they replace the sealed beams). I have just regular bulbs inthem right now but I upgraded the headlight harness to handle more powerfull bulbs should I choos to put something like the PIAA or Silverstars in.

 

Slyvania makes Silverstars for the 1st gens. Its part no H6054ST. They are about $25 each, more than double the price of the regular H6054's but everyone seems to rave about them. For more info see http://www.sylvania.com
