Had it scanned yesterday evening, and my crank position sensor code is gone. Now it's down to cylinder misfires. Tomorrow afternoon, I will be pulling the plugs and inspecting them.

Based on your errors, I would pull the electrical connector on the igniter and see if there is water in that. I'm not sure on the 3.4, but on my 2.7 the igniter is inside of the engine compartment on top of the passenger side wheel well. It basically works like a coil - sending charge to your plugs. If it's not firing right, that would account for your igniter errors and your misfires on all cylinders.

What's more likely, that plug wells on both sides of your motor got water in them, or that one part that feeds the plugs got water in it?

Ah, time flies.
New plugs, wires and coils. Runs noticeably better, but Istill have a bit of a miss and some back firing. Ideas?

I have had this unplugged and it was dry as a bone.

Not been up there yet. I'm hoping to have my lockers in by the end of the year and will be looking to get into a little bit of trouble after that. After all, in the words of Mal Reynolds, "I aim to misbehave..."

Drove the truck around some last night and listened to it. It backfired some, and felt like I was pulling an elephant along, real sluggish and no power. Could this thing have jumped time? Could the timing belt have gotten wet and slipped a tooth or two on the crank?

I'll be pulling the upper timing cover and checking the time on it just to see. Everything else has been evaluated.

This thing will be the death of me. I actually had the passing thought to get rid of it yesterday.

I have reset the timing. Re-checked the ECM to just make sure no water got there. Igniter is dry. I have replaced the ignition coils, plugs, wires, and crank sensor. I can clear the codes and she will idle just fine until warm. Then it drops to about 450-500 RPM and you can hear the miss. Take it for a drive and it sputters and spits along with no power and quite a few back fires. Could my O2 sensor be the final culprit?

None of those....just P300, P301, P302, P303, P304, and P306. That's all the misfire codes.

Check the resistance on both MAF and igniter. Trouble shoot just don't throw parts at it.

Thing is I don't know what those values should be.
