Servicing the rear power window parts on 99 runner
Hey Guys,
Theres alot of dust and dirt out here in AZ so I decided to remove the rear
hatch cover and the metal plates to see what was happening in there.
Tons of silty dust as you can imagine..........but should I regrease the window slides and the gear plates?
Maybe a squirt of something on the latch mechanisms and cable that goes to the rear handle?
I've long removed the ridiculous plugs out of the bottom of the tailgate so much of the silt does leave during a car wash but what have you guys done to insure years of service in a brutal environment??
Thanks, kenny S>
