I have no idea what this stuff is. How do I use it? What can I put it in. I want to clean my runner insides. Please direct me to a good thread (havent been able to find ne that give good detail) or give me tips here.

Search "SeaFoam" and look for a thread by bamachem. I think it is on the second or third page once you search. It tells what it is, how to use it, and how good it works.
