Sagging Rear End

I have a 97 4runner sr5 sport and the ass is sagging a little bit. Any advice on how to fix? Plus the suspension is mushy.

Emphasis on "step 1"

I have the Downey 1.5" HD coils and before I got my lift and tires yesterday, that was my favorite mod

I have new Bils and OEM springs and mine seems to sit about 3/4 of an inch higher in the rear.

Has Toyota Changed out your rear suspension? Toyota had a recall on Toyota 4Runners from 1996 to 98 because of the rear end suspension. I had my done at a local Toyota Dealer free of charge. Just call Toyota @ 1-800-331-4331 and make sure you have your VIN# written down. If it needs to be replaced then can tell you where to get it done. If it has been done, they should be able to tell you where, and when it has been done.
