The Saga Begins...

First of all, I'm new to the forum and am lovin' it already. And now the good part. After admiring them from afar for many years I bought a 4Runner. Its a 94 with 3L V6. Underpowered, yes. Bad Mileage, yes. Problematic head gaskets, not yet but we'll see. But my god what a beautiful machine. For now its mostly stock, aside from 31" road tires, chrome brush guard, and K&M intake. Inital problems after purchase we few. One of the power window switches was a little "iffy" but its in the back so its not mission critical. Also going to replace the cargo area carpet due to general wear. Found a place in Vancouver WA that'll sell the Cargo set for about 150.00 including shipping. I have various other mods planned. Bigger, better tires are a must. I got a little over zealous with my roadies and tried a forest trail that was quite slick *almost* got stuck. Other then that its running good. I have noticed that sometimes when the engine is not quite cold and not quite hot the high idle does not kick in so it almost dies idleing at about 500 rpm. Any advice, things to look for, or suggestions are welcome. Looking forward to many more miles
