I just bought one for my 2000 4Runner from www.rackattack.com. Use the THULE AUTOMATED FIT GUIDE place to design one custom for your rig and it'll tell you the equipment you need. You will need a pair of cross bars, some feet, the mouting kit and a fairing, and locks for the feet are optional but keep them from being taken off...aka stolen. They were having a 15% off sale when I bought mine 2 weeks ago.

Hope this helps!

Most thule stuff is setup to mount to either Thule bars or factory bars... I suspect (but don't know for sure) that the baskets will too. The down side to mounting to the factory crossbars is that they are not as sturdy as the Thule bars. This may or may not be an issue for you depending on what you plan on using the basket for.

Thule's can be mounted either way depending on which setup you select. The Playpen (basket) mounted to the Thule load bars has a higher weight capacity and sits a little higher off the roof deck. Mounting to the OEM cross bars won't be a sturdy, as jacksonpt said, but is a bit cheaper.
