Replacing Weather Stripping/Sill

I have a 1998 Tacoma SR5 TRD and the sill under the driver and passenger window has dried and cracked. What would be the actual name of this part and is it easy to replace?

I have always heard them refered to as "window scrapers" or "window felts". As far as ease of removal and replacement, I cant help you there, never done it on a toyota. Hope it helps.
