repin a 99 maf

Hi so I have read all the posts on swapping a 99 maf into my 97 4runner. I have all the parts what I do not know is how to repine the connector. I have were the pin need to go but how do you remove them. Is there a tool or technique to do this without distroying the connector

Thanks John

I did, not long ago, but the same .pdf is linked right at the top of Scuba's link.

EDIT: That link is in fact dead, so here is a good one:

Otherwise, Scuba's link is a very useful primer on repinning. I can unlock those connectors with a jeweler's screwdriver, but it takes patience.

The manual was forced down by Toyota. Durk, do you mind if I pass your link to the OP of the thread I linked to so he can update it?
