I have a set of "Pioneer Gear" off a USMC HUMMV! It has a rack with a axe, shovel and sapde all secured to the rack. The entire unit attaches/detaches and has a handle so you can carry everything! Dont know if you can get it surplus, but its VERY handy

I think i might have to get me that gerber shovel and axe. I have few of there knives and their manufacturing building is just down the road from me and they sharpen my knives for free! gerber is a really great company, highly recomended!
