Some of you may not be familiar with this part, since not all of you have one...

but man ohhh man am I glad it is out of my 2000 4Runner.

Clutch pedal return spring (a pain because the the bushing wear out at the pedal contact point). I guess you are going spring less now?

That was going to be my guess but I was wondering why you would get rid of it.

Clutch Pedal bushing repair ~ 2-4 hours labor
Spring Replacement ~ 30 minutes

Since you don't need to re-load the spring you don't have to take the pedal assembly off.

Its a sexy fix to a crappy design...
