recent 3.4 swap wont run monitors

I recently finished a 3.4 swap for a customer and now it doesn't run the EVAP and Catalyst monitors. At first, it ran them just fine. Then it threw a misfire code. I used some Seafoam to clean it up and everything was fine. It ran all the monitors and I made a Referee Appt. Then it threw a code p0510 for closed throttle position switch. I had a harness and engine that only had a 3 wire TPS and the computer was looking for a 4 wire. So I fixed the problem with a momentary switch, and now it won't run the Catalyst and EVAP monitors. Not sure if the repairs are even related, but it won't run them now. Anyone have a DriveCycle for this thing, or advice on how to get em to run? I must have 300 miles on it without running them.

yeah. Temperatures are reading correctly on the gauge and via the computer. Nothing has changed except adding the closed throttle switch. Maybe it's just cause it's been so cold here lately and the ambient temps vary so much from ect or iat?

Check this out. I have used it a few times to get my monitors to run on my 3.4 swap and another one as well.

For the EVAP test, make sure you are following the instructions. Namely the fuel level being between 1/2 and 3/4 and you have to let it sit for up to 8 hours to "cold soak" which is a pain in the ass waiting for that.
