rear windshield whiper pissing me off....

rear windshield whiper pissing me off....
so i have a prob with the rear whiper...when it is on, the blade only makes a 3 inch swipe and even that is half a$$ed.
is there an adjustment to tighten the blade TOWARD the window? yes, i bought a new blade and it was doing it before!

Ditto on bending it. The car wash did mine in once and it took awhile to get it right. Of course, just keep the window open and you'll be able to see everything just fine!
