Will I have to relocate my BPV bracket after adding my 1.5" Deaver aal?

You might be able to get 1.5" by going to the extreme end of the adjustment threads, but why??? Just move it so that it stays in the middle of it's adjustment. The whole operation should take you 15 minutes and that includes cutting/drilling the material and painting it.

Brakes are not a good place to cut corners. Do it right so your brake bias is correct.
