Question regarding worn spark plug

Hey all, I just replaced my spark plugs, and I was looking over the old ones to see what kind of condition they were in. All of them were worn down the same except for one. It was considerably more worn and rounded off. Could this be indicative of a more serious problem? My warranty is about to end, and I want to make sure I get all the work that needs to be done taken care of asap. Let me know what you think.

if you put all six in there originally, might be a problem...

if you don't know the exact history of the plugs then don't worry

5 of the 6 spark plugs are easy to change, I would assume that the previous owner (if there was one), only changed 5 of the 6. That would explain why 1 of the 6 plugs is more worn than the rest.

Thanks for the replies guys. All 6 plugs were installed when I put the URD fuel upgrade kit in (installed about 12k miles ago). I'm wondering if the problem could be related to the coil packs? Here are some pictures of what the old plugs look like:
