programming/initializing 3 button remote

programming/initializing 3 button remote
I just recently picked up a 98 4runner for my dd. Got lots of plans for it....later. It didn't have the remote for the alarm/keyless entry so I bought from the stealer.
How do I program/initialize it? I searched but didn't find anything (not so good with search). If this has been covered i'll gladly delete this thread if someone gives me a link. Thanks
I'll start a buildup thread before I begin the transformation. This will be fun as up to now all we've done is Ftoys and full on rock trucks and buggies.
