There was a thread back in 2003 about this, but I thought I might revisit it. As I have mentioned in earlier threads, my truck has quite a bit of rust on the undercarriage, with some on the frame - nothing serious, mostly surface rust. Now, I know POR15 and Rust Bullet will work, but I dont have the time or the patience to sand down all of the existing rust and go through the painting etc.

I know there are commercial "Rustproofing" companies in the yellow pages etc, and I was wondering if

a)these companies provide rustproofing services that actually work

b) if the process(s) can be used on a truck with existing rust

c) what it costs

specifics would be helpful.
