When I start my runner, there is white smoke coming out of my tail pipe, and it is also dripping water. After I drive it a few miles, the smoke and water go away.
Is this something serious??

Also there is a loud "wooooo" sound coming from the vehicle when I accelerate past 60 on the freeway. Its pretty loud and annoying. I dont know if this is coming from the engine itself or the suspension.
But when I start my car up and rev the engine in Park, There is NO "wooooing" sound. It seems as though I will only hear the sound when the car is in motion.

Timing belt and water pump have been replaced by the toyota dealer last oct.

Someone Help
I reread your description & think it is probably the fan clutch. With the engine OFF & cold, try to spin the cooling fan. You should be able to turn it with some light resistance, if it is difficult to turn than the clutch is bad. If the clutch does not disengage than the fan could make some strange noises at speed.

fan clutch, belts, etc are all okay.
Tranny is fine also..

Could this sound be caused by my tires??
What are some of the typical symptoms of needing a wheel balance, alignment, rotation.??
Could this be the reason for the wooing sound?

Does the "woooing" sound increase in pitch with an increase in speed? If so, then I would guess wheel bearings. I had front wheel bearings go on a Saturn that I used to own. The left went first then the right went about 20k miles later. I didn't know what the noise was the first time, but the second time I could hear it get worse (since I knew what to listen for). Sometimes the noise will get louder driving around a curve in the road. My 2 cents.

What kind of tires? Size? New or worn?

Check here: http://www.dunntire.com/Learning_Cen...lar_Tire_Wear/

Or here: http://www.justtires.com/services/commonWear.html

Offroad or mud style tires will often howl, especially when worn.

To check wheel bearings, you can jack up one wheel, grab the top & bottom of the tire & try to rock it in & out. If you feel play, the bearings need adjustment or replacement. Be careful when you do this & make sure the vehicle is well supported. Also spin the tire & listen for strange sounds, you should be able to hear bad the bearings.
