my oil sending unit was just replaced about 5 months ago and when i just changed my oil last week after driving a few places, my oil gage reads low or no oil at all. and i keep breaking my speedo cable. now when i'm stopped my speedo reads 15 mph and when i accelerate the needle moves but there is a horrible sound that comes from it. Like a static noise. Any body else have these problems continuely like i do?

My 3.0 acts wierd like that. The OTSU will either be high or low and I usually slip it into neutral and give her the lead foot action to bring the oil psi up when its low. As for the speedo pull the guage cluster out and lube that dry sob. Use a lube that wont break down easily. I think ive heard someone say Molly lube or lithium greese. Prolly the same thing but just incase. have fun. Ben
