Problem solved

Well, my Runner is working again.

Changed the plugs, wires, starter, alternator and changed all the fluids...transfer cases, gear boxes, engine oil............

No more sticky startings. No more 'bucking' when driving because of a bad alternator.

I found out why my Runner would die and drive all wierd. Part of it could have been the alternator, but I found a loose ground wire that wasn't bolted down. It must have just been contacting metal because you could see the scorch marks on the connector. Well, that wire is bolted down now and she runs like how she is supposed to.

I'm just glad this wasn't a couple of grand type repair.

Oh ya, since I had to spend this money on 'preventative' maintenance...I can't go with my 4" inch lift now. So, I got new 31x10.5 Firestone Destination M/Ts and am going with the OME suspension. The OME stuff should be here this week and should be going on this weekend.
