So did you fix the antenna or did you replace it w/ the fixed mast?

I just replaced the antenna mast, but will probably do the Taco Whip mod after it breaks again...

I know it's not a question of "if", it's "when"...

Might as well throw some thanks your way as well!

I did the mod about a month ago. It worked perfectly. Only "bad" things was I used it as an excuse to upgrade the entire sound system in the 4Runner...I mean might as well since I was basically removing the radio anyways

Still using the steel whip the new base came with but I will install the fiberglass Taco one of these days...just cant justify the 35 bucks yet but I know I will soon enough.
