Ok, just got done installing the OEM swaybar bushings. They are definately softer than ES Poly bushings. I really wish that the ES's fit, but these will do. The install went flawlessly and the bushings were a snug fit.

p nut,

wow, that bites. good thing you didn't get the larger size! the only thing ive heard about trimming was that center piece, but that has been taken care of in these later kits
thanks,
bob

Bob,

So yours fit? Maybe they sent me the wrong kit. I'll have to double-check the box.

I installed the poly sway bar bushings from Wheeler's today. Spot on perfect fit. Nice and tight again.

Would you mind posting the part number for the ES bushings?

p nut,
I believe the bushings are made by Daystar, and are then repackaged by Wheeler's to include the correct grease and their own instructions:

Andreas, does this kit comes with the bushing brackets or not? Did you use your stock brackets? I'm asking these because the brackets that came with my kit, although they worked fine, it didn't fit as good as the stock brackets when bolted back into the frame.

Gene,
The Wheeler's kit only includes the bar bushings, end link bushings, bump stops, and grease. The factory brackets fit over the bushings perfectly. Remember that the factory brackets are specific to each side and are marked.

Oh man, I think i've to order that bushings too-that exactly what im looking for. The one i got long before at summitracing.com fitted in. It came with the bracket since this kit is the greasable one-the one fitted with grease zerks, you know. But then the kit didn't really fit in there as nice as the stock do.
