I added some 3M heavy duty grip tape and HIGHLY recommend it. It prevents the sliders from getting slippery in the rain, and also prevents the paint from wearing off.

Looks good. I know that Corey did the same thing to his. I would do them if I had one too. Imagine slipping off and having your shin meet the sliders. Not a good thing. Nice work and attention to detail! :fireman:

The tape does make them nice.
They sit at a good angle too.
Only problem I have with it now is I wear shorts from late April until late October, and you have to swing your legs out wide, or get sandpapered on them
What brand? Custom? They would make a great addition to our slider round-up.

I usually jump off my sliders when getting out to avoid the sandpaper thing.
