what is the difference between organic and stock pads? and which will give a smooth braking throughout the stopping distance?

mine is super lagged when braking and i feel im gonna take out a car next time I brake in the rain.

I use either these pads called Posi quiets OR car quest pads called global solution. the global solutions are lifetime and i think the posi quiets are too. both are VERY nice pads. I dont know where you get posi quiets though because its a personal car quest guy who buys his own brake pads.

Update on TRD 4Runner pads I ordered. I am hoping they will be the old 05024 Autozone PFC type pads.
The parts are being held in CA, and they dont know if these are the same as a few years past.
I am told it will be 1-2 weeks to get. As tempting as it is to cancel, I am going to see this one out.

Pep Boys offers both the Hawk HPS & EBC Green Stuff for the 4Runner. I'm trying to choose between either of these.

POSIquiet sounds dumb. I actually have a pair of the premiums in the garage that I will try out once my EBC greens are dead.
