P0304 Please HELP

P0304 Please HELP
I have a 99 Tacoma TRD 3.4 with 199K on it. I got a P0340 Misfire cylinder #4. I went ahead and changed the three plugs on that side and the boots also and the problem was still there. I next swapped the coils on cylinders 2 & 4 and the problem stayed the same. The odd thing is that this truck only get driven about every two days. If you drive it for about 25+ miles and you shut is off for about 15 minutes and then start is runs then like crap. It almost seems that something is heatsoaking and I cant find out what.
