There are a bunch of places.
I downloaded the one for my 2000 4Runner.

Those are all FSM's. He's looking for an owner's manual. Ones that come with the truck.

You can download the manual (in portions) on the Toyota sponsored site, www.toyotaownersonline.com It has a place where you can search and then download.

 

You can also find them on ebay if you like the looks and "feel" of the real orginal OM.
