Another one annoying the heck out of me: What's the difference between the White TRD Oil Filters and the Dark Orange (Red?) ones, other than price? Haven't seemed to find an answer to the question on-line or on TRD USA's site.

The orange one is the TRD "Sport" filter. I've never seen a white one here in Japan so I can't say what the technical difference, if any is.

I use the orange TRD Sport oil filter.

 

Thanks for the info, Woody. I haven't come up with an answer about the white ones, but like you, I use the orange "Sport" filter. Pricey as hell in here the States (approx $25 USD), but hopefully, worth it since I'm a maintenance freak. ;-)
