Can I use the stock springs in a OME strut? I do not want any lift as the stock height is perfect.

Another question - are the stock springs of a 97 4runner the same as on a 2002 Tacoma?

the front is the same, but taco's have leaves in the back and different kinds of shocks.

I am putting together an OME kit as we speak. Just trying to figure out who I can get to put it on. Is the diff drop necessary for the OME kits?

 

anything under 2" i'd say your safe without diff drop but anything over, it's probably be in your interest to get one.

 

I figured. I am going with the 3" lift so I will plan on putting one on.
