oil filter relocation bracket

I just got mine in the mail yesterday from Performance and it looks sketchy. It's a Perma-cool and seems like it will restrict the oil flow. Is this a reasonable concern or will the pressure in the system still allow the oil to flow freely? Anyone have experience with this product? If it works well, it's a great idea, stop dropping the skid for every oil change and keep those little nuts and bolts from stripping out!

It shouldn't restrict oil flow I had a simalar setup on my accord and it was built the same way as the 4runner kit.
