Oddball Part Location
Several years ago I removed this part from my 1998 TRD Limited. Any idea what it is and where it goes? I've looked all over but can't find any open holes:

by the shape alone, ( I cant tell size) it looks like it goes behind the door handle on the inside of the truck, but that's just a shot in the dark.

Some place around the right side of the steering wheel/steering column most likely.
