OBD II plug wiring for 99 4runner

OBD II plug wiring for 99 4runner
I need the wiring setup for the OBD II plug under the right drivers side dash. I have a 95 with a 99 3.4 and need to make sure it was wired correctly. The pin locations and wire colors would be great.
