I just called him, talked to his either his mom or wife I believe. Real nice gal, she said she would relay the message I gave her to lance.

I doubt he will be using the pics much longer axe, with this kind of attention around it.

 

I think it is just me...I had my wife call, and her Mom was very receptive to my wife...I guess you just called too Nerf because she told my wife she just got off the phone having the same sentiments....I think Lance will get the picture Paul....if not I can still go on with the roadtrip

Hey thanks No Cal guys! Your too funny and way cool. It's the principle of the issue that bothers the piss out of me. There were 2 sellers using my pics and one has stoped and was cool about it. I was very nice to this a-hole and explain to him not to use the pics since I didn't give him permission and it was something I made and not his product. Ebay is taking their sweet time dealing with this so that's why I asked all of you No Cal dudes to assist. Too bad he doesn't live here.....

Sometimes people post the actual image from YOUR webspace. That would be cool if he did that because you could upload any IMAGE with the same filename and that image would display in place of what he has on there. It looks like he took your image, but put it on his sever and then put his name on it.

Will all those calls and emails, I bet you those images are gone in the next day or two for sure.
