33's on these rims?

Hello, so after owning my truck for 2 yrs now I finally have decided to go off roading. I plan on doing a lift and new tires but I have a question. The rims on my truck look like American Racing Outlaw II's and my tires are good old pep boy special adventurers 31x10.5x15. I don't think the outlaw's come in anything smaller than 15x8. I want to put on Kuhmo Venture MT 33x12.5x15 I don't know the backspacing(I all ready searched and found the how to but I don't own a ruler or yardstick) Will the bigger tires fit on these wheels, if they are 15x8 then it would be the 4" difference you look for, but maybe they are 15x6, if they even make those? I plan on bj spacers and torsion bar crank for the front and add-a-leaf for the rear. I don't use this truck for commute anymore so if I need to grind or cut that's all fine.

even if the rims are 15x6s a 33x12.5 tire will fit it... look on the rim, its size is usually stamped on it somewhere... and i am pretty sure that the outlaw came in many sizes, not jsut a 15x8.....

looks like mine a year ago (just a little dirtier and with bilsteins)...33x12.5 should work fine on 15x8s, IMO thats what you should run em on. Don't worry about cutting and grinding, my trucks a DD and its been cut and ground, doesn't make it unsafe or ugly or loud or nothin (if you do it in moderation, I bet most people can't tell I'm missing 1.5" grom the back of my wheel wells.)

Thanks, cause I know absolutely nothing about rims and tires. I had a skid plate, but it was removed to install 4.88 precision gears,at good old 4wheel direct, and they forgot to put it back on and i was to lazy to go back and get it. I'll get a superlift skidplate or something.
