I saw one listed in another 4runners mod list, I had never heard of it before on YT.

Looks to be just a resistor pack. Nothing new, and probably won't do much for your engine long term.

you can make the same thing with a 741 op amp and a pot and it can be fully adjustable. its basically an 02 intercept circuit, but with fixed negative gain via the 3 switches.
