newbie here with vibration problem

just signed up. wish i had known about this forum sooner.

i have a 2000 sr5 supercharged.
added the SC at 1000 miles and around 40k miles later the car started acting weird.

when the engines not completely warmed up it rumbles during take off from dead stops. feels like the entire engine is shaking violently. i have to baby the clutch otherwise it feels like the car is going to fall apart.

when the cars warmed up its pretty much gone.

history of the car.
about 5k miles ago something just didnt feel right. it felt like i had lost a significant amount of power and i started noticing the rumble. also at the time i noticed the belt was making noise at high rpm and had the dynamic belt tensioner installed. this fixed the noise but the power and shaking issue werent resolved.
I have also changed the clutch and problem still persists.

the only thing i can compare it to is when i dont have the choke open enough on my old car when its cold and its too lean.

i dont have any fuel mods but thats pretty much next on my list.
every time i take it to the dealer they say they cant duplicate the problem and that everything is fine.

also anyone having problems with their paint?
my car is black and the paint is just terrible. bird poo will eat through in as short as two days. i have spots all over the hood thats missing little chunks of paint. my sisters car thats always parked next to mine is a black honda and she leaves bird poo on there for weeks with no problem.

Make sure you don't have a cracked motor mount.
