Question new to Tacoma's have 3 questions!

Im loving my double cab but have a couple questions that hopefully someone that has been around them longer than me can answer or point me in the right direction!

1: seat belt retractors, is there a way to add spring tension to them or do I just need to replace my front seat belts?

2: should my shift lever / transfer case lever be moving forward and backwards opposite of one annother every time I hit bumps or dips, Im wondering if my drive shaft slip yoke is bound up, there just seems to be a lot of movement in the levers!

3: Does anyone know what wire to cut that will disable the AC compressor from running when the defrost / defrost - floor setting is selected. 80% of the time I dont need to be running the compressor, I just like the this setting as it doesnt blow in my eyes!

Thanks again for everything and any help! ~Matt
