Just ordered BFG 305/70/r16 on 16 by 8 black tech rock crawlers with 4.25 back spacing. Will I run into problems with rub with my Ol Man Emu hard spring/shock combo. I have TJM T17 with 8k winch and rope. Please let me know what to expect. I know this topic has been frequently asked but please

 

i'm running 305's but with a revtek lift, i rubbed a little
for the first few hundred miles or so on the upper a-arms,
but not too badly,
i'm weighted down pretty well with a arb & 8000 pound winch.
only minor rubbing under major articulation

I am going to try 305 for the next set of tires I get. Morrisville is near raleigh right. I am getting ready to move back there on the 15th of aug. He should meet up and do so wheeling. I would love to see how those 305 fit before I try them.

i want to know if they fit also. i know that there are a couple on this people on this board that run them, but my 285's barely barely fit into the rear fenders. i almost got them anyways, and i plan to get them for my next set if they will fit without major rubbing. i think you'd be a good ginuea pig.

 

I am trying to get a 2 inche body lift on now before I try it.
