Roger Brown sells body lifts at 4Crawler Offroad. I think they run around $100 or so. You do need to extend the steering shaft. You can buy the spacer with the kit. Also, on '96s you need to buy two additional body mount brackets that Toyota didn't see a need to install. Those run an extra $60.

Yeah, I read a ton of stuff on the RB website last week, but, the site is very hard to understand...They layout of the site itself is pretty "interesting".
