Roger Brown sells body lifts at 4Crawler Offroad. I think they run around $100 or so. You do need to extend the steering shaft. You can buy the spacer with the kit. Also, on '96s you need to buy two additional body mount brackets that Toyota didn't see a need to install. Those run an extra $60.

The link above has a lot of information about what is required.

Talking Roger Brown body lift

Plus, dont you need a steering extension, as well as a bumper drop, or is that not needed?
Do it yourself as it is easier than a suspension lift, especially if you have to compress some springs. You will need the steering extension, the ultimate spacers, the hardware, the bumper brackets to move the front bumper up with the body as it is mounted on the frame unlike the rear bumper, and the extra body mounts for a 96 (possibly as I've heard some have the extra ones, some don't).

I got a write-up all about the 2" Roger Brown body lift install on my write-ups page and Roger has great instructions on his website as well!

Thanks guys!

Yeah, I read a ton of stuff on the RB website last week, but, the site is very hard to understand...They layout of the site itself is pretty "interesting".

Well if you say its not that hard, then hell, Im sure between my buddy and I, we could do it.

Thanks for clearing things up.... !!!!

Kevin looking good! Your going to have to show me around that ORV park here one of these days. I'm off to Potlatch this weekend but should be around after that!
