Question new header,loss of mpg?

i installed my new lce header on my 99 4x4 2.7l tacoma this last weekend.Since then i have taken two trips and it seems i have lost roughly 1 mpg,is this normal? Also for anyone wanting to use this header(LCE stainless steel ceramic coated)the fit is great, just make sure you check the clearence first!I had the entire top bolted up then when I got under the truck the header was sitting tightly against the swaybar mount. So long story short had to remove header to grind mount.

Could it be that you're enjoying your newly found horsepower and are compensating with a heavier foot?

First tank of gas with a new header on the 22r and I lost a few MPG it is called HAMMER DOWN. Seriously after the first tank and I started driving like I used to--Slow, the mileage went back up to the normal 20 mpg. The header did not increase any MPG but the sound is nice.
